Description
As a specially ventilated combination of outdoor rain rug and highly functional spacer fabric, we recommend this rug as the ideal companion for the transitional period. Thanks to its excellent air circulation properties and optimised moisture regulation, paired with the waterproof area in the sensitive back section, it is ideal for changeable weather.
Our 3D AIR® DRY material has proven particularly effective for sweat rugs, as the 3D polyester knitted fabric used significantly accelerates moisture transport thanks to its enlarged surface area and at the same time allows horses to sweat off gently. Combined with the waterproof back area, the 3D AIR RAIN outdoor rug is not suitable for use as a sweat rug, but it can effectively prevent the risk of perspiration. Horses that are already completely dry after training and are covered directly with a conventional outdoor rug will quickly start sweating again under certain circumstances - and we don't always notice this. This harbours risks - firstly because the necessary moisture transport can no longer take place, and secondly because the necessary air circulation is prevented. In order to prevent overheating, cooling and a lack of climate regulation, it is important to ensure the necessary processes take place in the best possible way - because it is important to us that our horses feel comfortable at all times.
